Rotala sp. 'Nanjenshan' (Boschii) ist eine filigrane Aquarienpflanze mit dichtem, buschigem Wuchs. Diese Art stammt ursprünglich aus Taiwan und ist ausschließlich in der Nähe der Stadt Nanjenshan zu finden. Ihre feinen, linearen Blätter sind etwa einen Millimeter dick und zeichnen sich durch eine hellgrüne Färbung aus, wobei die Triebspitzen gelegentlich rötliche Nuancen aufweisen. Bei optimalen Lichtverhältnissen entwickelt die Pflanze seitliche Triebe, die horizontal bis überhängend wachsen.
